when you run reverse lighting,what about t-5 antinics?like my antinics come on at 2pm,then m.h turns on at 3 pm,then m.h turns off 11pm,and antinics turn off at 2 am,so do i run the chaeto light opposite the main lights or the whole cycle of antinics and m.h??

i have a sump that holds my skimmer, has a dual inlet filter sock,holds a bag of rowaphos,i have a 9mag return pump,can i throw some chaeto in the first part of the sump,and of course have a light on it 24-7,will this help,or a waste of time? any downsides??possible problems??
