    Seems like the slim coat might be the right call... I have left it alone and 80% of it has either solidified on to the coral or it has disapated altogether. Thanks for the thoughts.... everything looks good and nothing is the worse for wear. Thanks

    CA Level is right around 450 I probably have too much live rock in the tank for its size... but I don't think that is causing my problems. All main tank readings seem normal... ranges Nites are at pretty close to 0 or 05 PH is 8.0 on the nose Temp is 81 ... a little higher than I like but should...

    Expeling Bristle worms

    A simple trap is the way to go... Take a knee high lady's hose.... put some krill in the toe. Tie it down so the krill can't float out... Turn out the lights and wait. The bristles will be tangled up in no time.

    35 Gallon Hex Tank... Doing GREAT with Live Rock, Inverts, and a few fish. Nice piece of Christmas Tree Rock a little larger than hardball size... 12 to 16 trees... (Worms/dusters)... has been looking great. This morning over 2/3's of the rock is covered in a pure white "skin"... trees still...
