It was a reef, then a frag tank, now back to a reef. What do ya think...?

And the bam bam is next to a colony of zoas that I dont know the name of...there not dragon eyes. That coloy is the same as the one to the right of the frog spawn

What kind of zoas are the ones straight back witht he light blue center? Also, I knwo the pic is bad, but can anyone tell what kind of zoa the ones on the left are? They are speckled on the rims

i just bought a 30gallon tank that I am going to use as a frag tank. It came with 2 175w 14k MHs. Is this enuff light?...to much? Should I only use one? Place directly on tank or raised? please help
