thats hair algae and if you dont do something about it it'll take over your tank! depending on the size of your tank i would add in a foxface or a lawnmower blenny and try to manually remove as much of it as you can

that is Cyano !!! usually due to lack of flow and an abundance of minerals in your water. try to manually remove as much of it as you can before it spreads!! but in a mature tank cyano comes and goes ive seen pods clean it up. IME if you dont do something quick itll cause you so much problems...
