You do not have enough light for an anemone.

Test your water from your RO filter also and check it for phosphates.sometimes when the filter membranes get old they don't filter out as well.If your phosphates prove to be high you can try adding a phosphate sponge.

How old is the light and what K rating is it?And also what is your phosphate?What water are you using for topoffs and water changes?Is it tap water?
