A friend of mine just started a new tank. It`s a small tank. 30 gals. or so. I helped him get started with 30# live sand 30 -40# live rock, a small filter with carbon on top of filter,skimmer and 96 watt pc`s,No tap water ever used. PC`S have been on for 6-10 hours with no difference.Problem is...

I would go with a halide.

Mine is also loud.What if your hose was straight, rather thanhooked that much.

Maybe a mushroom ? I have a few popping up around the tank. I take them to LSF for my R.O. water.

There`s a store by my house that sells any coral for 40 dollars.I bought this a couple of months ago. It has grown alot. 5-6 heads.

I`m no pro ,but all my zoo`s and paly`s are on bottom under 250 mh. They love the sasnd bed.

nice looking sunset. Great price. I have a 1 inch sunset frag that cost me 45. I just picked up meteor shower frag also to go with sunset.
