I did notice a weird snake/worm/ looking thing next to his anemone that I've never seen before and most of it was in a rock so I can't describe it, could that be the culprit????

I have a pink skunk that was completely normal yesterday, swimming, eating, playing in his anemone... but this morning he is just at the top of the tank kinda hanging out not really moving. It doesn't look like ich or any of the fleshy diseases... I have a 10 gal hosp tank I've never had to use...
