Woke up this morning to a sick fish......??

I have a pink skunk that was completely normal yesterday, swimming, eating, playing in his anemone... but this morning he is just at the top of the tank kinda hanging out not really moving. It doesn't look like ich or any of the fleshy diseases...
I have a 10 gal hosp tank I've never had to use before, I'm going to put him in there, but should I try hyposalinity or maybe add some Tetra Medica Marin Oomed drops??? I don't have copper or any other antibiotics...
If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. :(

I did notice a weird snake/worm/ looking thing next to his anemone that I've never seen before and most of it was in a rock so I can't describe it, could that be the culprit????

Don't move this fish to the hospital yet. Keep an eye on the sitution and lets see if you can determine what the problem is.
It is not unusual at all for clowns to hand out at the top of the aquarium, usually near equiptment...in fact it is very common. See what the fish does over the next 24 hrs in terms of behavior, eating, etc. Is the fish scratching? Notice any visable signs of disease? Harrassment?
See what's happening before moving the fish.

I appreciate your quick answer, is it really okay to just wait, I have other fish and I don't want them to get sick... I'm willing to do what you say though.
Thanks,
Debbie

Yes, wait. If this is a parasite, then the other fish are already exposed, so removing this 1 will not make a bit of difference.
You don't know if there is really even a problem at this point. Just keep a close eye on the situation.
