Trying to figure out of this a type of algae or what it is? It's taking over the tank. Tried turning lights out for days and pulling it out but I guess pieces floated around and grew again somewhere else. Also does some thing eat it?

yup, they seems like a match. We found 3 of them!! all the same size, weird, may be from the same family. We have only added 1 rock too. Are they reef safe? Thanks so much everyone

Found another hitchhiker, well 2 of these. I believe its just a sea urchin, what do you think? I know there are many and they are hard to identify this small but just making sure reef safe

Please help! We just bought these clown fish and a couple weeks later we did a water change, the next morning they had black spots all over them. They are still eating well and no other fish has any just the clowns. We started treating the water with Kick Ich about 2 days ago because the store...

Can anyone identify these corals for me? I am not sure which ones they are so that I can determine the proper light, flow, and how close they can be to each other. The large green/brown one in the way back has a long feather like sting that comes out of it, will it sting?

Update on Hammer. Moved to bottom of tank for several weeks. Do you think there is hope?

Just tried to put it in a darker spot in the tank. I will give it a few week and see if it starts getting better than maybe slowly move it up again if it recovers.

Update on Hammer. Not any better. This is what it looks like at night But then within 5-10 minutes of light: I have tried to move the hammer lower in the tank for less lighting but I contacted the company of our tank lighting and was told that you can not reduce the lights without taking it...
