    Biocube 14 Lighting Question

The 24" CoraLife actinic (stock lighting) in my 14g Biocube burnt out yesterday, and I'm going to my LFS today to replace it. I don't know which type is the best to get, though, since I've heard that the stock lighting with the Biocube isn't that great. Are there any suggestions as to what type...

    Tank mate help?

Oh, I wasn't aware that midas blennies got too large... the guys at my LFS said they would do just fine in my tank. I think I'll go with bicolor blenny then. Thank you guys! : )

    Tank mate help?

I'm leaning towards sixline wrasse right now, but I'm still torn. Bicolor blennies are just adorable, so it would be nice to have one again. Thanks for your input!

    Tank mate help?

Oh, haha, whoops. I should have put that in the first post. It's a 14g biocube, and right now it's got a variety of zoas/palys, a pulsing xenia, two reef hermits, two astrea snails, and a firefish. I plan on only having two fish in there. (is there anything I missed?) I was thinking turbo snails...

    Tank mate help?

Hello : ) I recently started stocking my tank (after, like, a year XD ) and along with all my corals, I've got a firefish. I'd like to get a tankmate for him, but I haven't been able to decide among some choices that I have. I was thinking: -Sixline wrasse -Bicolor blenny -Midas blenny...

    Darkholly's Biocube 14 Diary

So... my brother and I have a fourteen gallon Biocube tank which has been running for approximately nine months. Being inexperienced, the tank was pretty awful (in terms of aquascaping and decoration choices). A couple weeks ago, we decided to completely renovate the tank and turn it into a reef...

    How many fish?

I have a Biocube 14 and it is home to an Ocellaris clownfish and a Royal Gramma. A friend of mine recently had a disaster with her 100g tank (it started leaking) and is now looking for homes for her fish, as she cannot restart the tank right away. She asked me if I could take any of her five...
