i used it and it worked out fine for me.it will get you by for the time being but definatly invest in a r/o system when u get the chance.

i put one on about a year ago and it works great glad iput it on.It was easy to install as well.

im not real familure w/ that set up but i believe u need between 4 and 8 watts per gallon.should say the wattage somewhere on fixture or bulbs.

what kind of tank is your 29gal?

what i meant by lower end was the lighting...its about 32 watts w/ an actinic and daylight but the eclipse tanks are not to deep so that helps alot.i believe you need something like 4 to 8 watts per gallon but ive been wrong before....anyway hope that helps.

Flricordia,do you sell any of your zoanthids,wasnt sure if you do or not,and if so what arangements need to be made....havent seen any worth the time or money around my local area and you have some of the sweetest ive seen period.

oh and i also(at my wits end) happened to try the bio ball,jus seemed perfect in theory,but it didnt let enough flow through.

i have the same problem and the weird thing is it worked fine for months and then out of the blue i have toilet in my living room.sometimes u can just put a smaller air tube down the overflow drain pipe(tie a small not int so it stays)and that releases the air,but it didnt work for me so i cut...

i have a diamond goby and a sand sifting star (the janiters)they keep it almost spotless!Plus my DG is one of my favorite fish.

stay away from the tap water,even w/the treatment u never can be sure what is in it...invest in a r/o system even a cheap one will save u a lot of probs.
