Tonga live rock is usually good for this. But the LR I got from here is more than perfect. I would wait to add the fish till your system is well established. Major problems can only come by adding the fish too early before the cycle.

Eww. Butterflies are the hardest fish to take care of for the novice SW fish keeper. Everything in the tank needs to accurate and perfect or else, death will occur. As for picking up a new Copperband, I wouldn't.
