    So in the evolution of my nano tank, the cocopods have become so big they are now grabbing and eating flakes.lol I noticed yesterday a huge white worm/centipede in the sand. It did not look like the typical worms you find in established tanks hiding deep in the sand bed. Any clues?

    I'm not sure what color 18WPC bulbs I should be using. My tank is 65gl it will be a reef tank. I have attach a layout of my tank and a photo of the tank with just the MH lights on.

    Hairy Algae

    I have a new 65 gallon tank that has only had salt water in it for about 3 weeks. I have a refuge tank that has cheeto algae in it. as soon I put the cheeto in the refuge this coper color hairy algae showed up and is taking over. dose any one know what it is or what I can get that might eat it.

    Timer for lights

    I want to get a timer so that my lights will come on at the same time everyday. I saw that Coralife sells one but I was woundering if any light timer would work. I know Homedepot sells timers for out door lights would something like that work or dose it need to be for an aquarium?
