Worms???

So in the evolution of my nano tank, the cocopods have become so big they are now grabbing and eating flakes.lol I noticed yesterday a huge white worm/centipede in the sand. It did not look like the typical worms you find in established tanks hiding deep in the sand bed. Any clues?

i agree with meowzer, it looks like a bristleworm. harmless, and beneficial. And are you sure they are copes. my amphipods are monsters.....

Thanks for the replies. You guys might be right about the critters not being copes. I will Try and get a pic of the other life forms in the tank.
