the pump is only a month old and the tank only has water in it. if i take the pump apart and it's not dirty will that effect the warranty the pump is a Little Giant - 3-MDQ-SC

i just got new power cords with timers to replace the really old one that i had. so i unplugged all my pumps, lights, and power heads. but when i went to plug my little giant 3 back in, it wouldn't start back up. it just hums! wtf! at first i thought it may have been the power strip so i plugged...

heh, thanks i was thinking of cycling my tank using the live rock method is that ok to do or is that frowned upon

i was just wondering when you could add your CUC... is it befor or after your first fish and do you wait intill the cycle is over or just toward the end and when do you add the macroalgae, Burch brought that to my attention

yes, i meant i have a drilled tank as for my protein skimmer i do not have it yet but i am trying to get the ASM G-1 if i have to, i can build a stand for my PS should i put my drain in the water to prevent splash?

ok, i got out of all that (if all the info i gave you is correct) i need 4 gallons of space and with that equasion i should have the room to make everything work with what i drew. you may need to but that in simpler terms... maybe for somone who needs a helmet lol
