I overthought my protein skimmer problem. It's really quite simple once you've read the directions (in my case).

Nevermind I found it :P This is an ASM G Series In-Sump Protein Skimmer. It came with a pump that was hiding on the bottom of a box. All it really requires is a powersupply and some water. It's really simple... now hehe
