If I remove all my fish from the Q tank that has parasite ick, is the parasite will die even the SG at 1.009??

One of my LFS told me that my water has parasites. It just ICK my fish and change the color of the skin (Singapore angel and Sailfin Tang). Anmonia, nitrite, nitrate, copper, ph is fine. Is my water has parasite?? If so, what should I do?? Any words from you guys would be appreciate.
