my nitrates are sky high...i don't know why, i added 1 live rock to my tank...and then everything went haywire...lost a damsel over the ordeal...i did a 40 water changed...and have been doing a 10% water changed every other day...and the nitrates are still deadly...very confusing

well wait...the top of my tank is not square...i don't know the shape of my tank...its not round...its square of coure...but at each end of the take the glass slants in.....so i think it might look werid......or am'i mixed up here?

Thanks for replying :) ...i have a 29 gallon too... some people told me to get a britelight striplight. but i was wanting to get something like you have, a hood and light that holds 2 - 55 watt bulbs, anyway i only have a hood that holds one flourecent bulb...so i guess i will check out that...

HI MILLER, I purchaced a Leather coral once and it took alittle while for it to open...everything should be ok...I think your new arrival enjoys med to low currents...along with some calcium :) GoodLuck :D
