I have a 20gl with 2x36watt PC on it. that works to 3.6 wpg. Now my question is If I got 20lbs of substrate 20lbs of LR. Given desplacement that works down to about 17gl meaning 4.25 wpg. Or is this rule a genral rule going of the size of the tank, not what is in it?
