ok i have these things in my tank i have seen two now they are kinda like reddish and kinda have white strands coming off them they are worms kinda earthworm looking anyone know what these are and if they ar bad or not ?

let see i have 6 damsels /a feather duster/ urchin /chocolate chip star fish /and a small crab /10 or so hermits /4 turbo snails ....i dont think its over loaded .....im not sure on the lighting that where i draw a blank on saltwater stuff ...i wanna say a 17,000 something bulb

i havent added any fish lately......i did get a new lighting system and i believe the algea is due to that ........the lighting schedule is from 7 am to 8 pm so 13 hours i think thats way to long also the phospate im not sure what mines at i clean my tank every two weeks so i think the water...

hi i have a 50g estabished tank that is starting to grow algea real fast ....i have 4 turbo snails and about a dozen hermits and also a urchin .......my question is what should i get to eat up more of the algea and how much clean up crew is too much

my urchin has decided to make his home at the top of my tank i need to clean it when the water level drops how do i move him ....i was told he would move on his own and he dosent ....can anyone give me some info

i have a sea urchin that has made his home right under my overflow box where the algea grows ......two question i have 1. how long can they stay out of the water and 2. i need to clean my tank what is the best wey to move him out from where he is to put him in water when i clean the tank

i have live fiji live rock in my tank its its growing these tube like things kinda look like tiny feather duster tubes but really small and all over the place can anyone tell me what they are and how to get rid of them ?

yeah thats what i have been reading up that they need phytoplankton to eat i was looking for maybe a brand to buy .....i am hitting up the lfs tomorrow so i will ask them what i should get

can soneone give me some ideas on what to get to feed a featherduster ............i also just got a sea urchin and a starfish both said they eat meaty foods will freeze dried shrimp work ?.....any recomendations would be very helpfull

ok some help please i have a 50gal tank and i have a wet dry filter the return pump is a rio 1100 ......i am adding in water everyday cause the pump i think pumps the water out to fast ....can someone let me know what is a good pump to ue or how to jugde the pump power i need

i just bought 250w metal halide kit for my 50 gal salt .........it came with the bulb ballast and reflector .......do i need anything else like a fan or anything please help i am new to the hobby

i know that snowflakes do go into a hybernation period .....and i believe thats what mine is doing right now but is it normal for it to start losing some of its coloring in the banding ?
