Those T5 lights are a bit more then I wanted to pay. Am I right in this understanding that most of the heat from PC lights comes from the ballast and not the bulbs? And that is why retro fit would be the better option?

I have only bought Live Rock on the net, and was very pleased w/it. As for fish and coral, I am much like most here--like to see its condition before i purchase it. I would buy a cleanup crew also from an online retailer.
