Eh, mixture of everything, really.
Sometimes with excessive nutrients in a tank, a 10k bulb can cause "greenwater" at times. But, if you think about it, greenwater is nothing more than suspended phytoplankton - it's like your corals and filter feeders have an all-you-can-eat buffet. LOL

Like I stated to you ealier, it really depends on two things, actually three....
1) what type of corals flip your skirt. What type of corals are you wanting in your tank. SPS, LPS, or Softies.
2) what type of look are you wanting for your DT? Crisp, white, or blue tint
3) What rickross likes. You are the one who has to live with the tank, not us. You will have to try these different bulbs and see what look you like and what lights your coral desire. (JMO)
What type of fixture do you currently run?

Lol.....
go into my line of work, you don't have time for lunch and you walk alot
I had one of those types of jobs one time... It wasn't fun.
Believe it or not, I do a lot of physical labor in my line of work as well. I would loose the weight if I just changed up my eating habits here and there. I stopped drinking soda in the last month and have lost a little weight. I have also eliminated desserts and have been eating smaller evening meals.... It's all helping. Now I just have to get motivated to start exercising again. I might find motivation with a new pair of sneakers. :D
Anyways, sorry OP. This has nothing to do with lighting. LOL

My wife already takes her on walks.
I have the honor of having a broken vehicle that I can't afford to fix. I am riding my bicycle to and from work five days a week. Also picking up things at the CVS and some groceries at the store. So, I definitely give my legs a good workout.
I just think it's because I have a sweet tooth and can't tell myself to stop eating when I'm full. You know... like... I start eating and that hunger feeling goes away but there is still food on my plate that I feel bad for not eating - so I eat it anyway and then my mom (the dinner chef) makes me feel guilty if I don't go back for seconds... (Yeah, it's a little weird talking about my mother cooking dinner for me for a work lunch five days a week... but that's just my life...)

I wish I liked them a little less.... LOL.
.... yeah, I need to loose about 40 pounds.
You can do what I did today. I worked 8 six foot pallets of 40 lb dog food bags. I worked them all in 3 hours. That was a workout. The two guys I worked with struggled with their combined 7 pallets and theirs involved less walking.
