10 yrs in fw helps little in sw IMO. Just trying to help ya out. Smaller tanks are just harder. If you have to start this one, then I suggest 10-15 lbs. of LR and about 1 1/2"-2" of LS. A hob bio filter and 1 ph should do the trick on filtrtion and water movement. A goby or a pair of clowns might be ok in there. You will really be limited in how many fish in such a small tank.
