No. You are going to need metal halide lighting or t5ho's. No amount of pc's are going to give you the intensity that sps or clams need.
So in summary:Metal halide or T-5HO

yea know....I think I will just skip SPS and Clams....subie you have a biocube or a nano cube? Does it wor well for softies, zoos, shrooms ect.? Also is there enough lighting for some possible LPS if they are high enough up?

Biocube 14 for me. Yes, there is enough lighting for softies and some lps. I will be upgrading though to metal halides in a few months when my pc bulbs are done. I want to keep maybe just a couple of sps.

It is a standard 14 gallon Biocube, which you can find online for about $150, then add another pc bulb, nanotuners sells the kit for $79. At least it would save you another $50 bucks anyhow.
