It's crazy that someone has to be at fault at all as it was a freak accident. But surely it will go to litigation. To me it seemed just like a harmless bit. I don't think anyone ever would have imagined this might happen. I don't know anything about radio stations but I wouldnt be surpised if this contest was approved by a legal department. In fact, she probably had to sign a waiver.
I heard that corporate went in and pretty much leveled everyone in the station as an effort to make themselves look better.
I don't personally see fault in either party. I just know that their are a couple kids out their without a mother now and a bunch of people now unemployed over a horrible accident.

both... but i think the person gets more credit fo being at fault because of ignorance and greed...
and one could argue that the person that took second is at fault because that person pushed the other person to far...
