10g outta wack

my 10g took a dump 6 weeks ago and Can't seem to get things back in line.
I've done regular water changes, then i've left it, there isn't anything in there right now except for rock any ideas?

do a 50% water change once a week and in 2 weeks check it again.

you don't think that that large of a percent of the water being changed will cycle the tank?

no, you've got plenty of bacteria in your rock and sand im assuming...you need to get the no3 and ammonia down. keep doing water changes until you cuz those numbers at least in half

Its just going to take time. Keep changing your water and wait for your system to stabilize itself, it will..
