110 Oceanic reffready tank for sale, etc

Hi,
I need to sell my 110 gallon . It is reef ready with a 20 gallon sump, and a DIY protien skimmer. 5 rio pumps for circulation and 1 lrg. pump for return in sump. Couple of inches of live sand, tons of live rock.. I couldnt even guess how much. The tank is 3 yrs old. I would love to get $1,300 but make any offer.
I am aslo selling my Hamilton 400W metal halides with ballest. there are 2. I have 4 20K bulbs that go with. $500
A never used Kent mairne RO unit. Still in box. $130
If you need any pic let me know.I would love to sell all these as soon as possible!
