12 gal nano lights

i'm about to replace the lights in my nano which is one year old---I've read here that it might be causing the hair algie that is gowing on my live rock and on some of my snails as well as on the stem of my feather duster. This stuff started about a month ago. My question is should I change both bulbs on my nano dlx at once or just one at a time.---KEN

Change one, then change the second bulb a week later.

You don't want to change the intensity of the lighting to much to fast, thats why.
