Correct. Not glued. Plus I put a union on each one just past the 90 elbow.

Sounds like my office manager..."We want fish..We want fish!"
I keep telling her, it takes time. Spent alot of $$ on this and don't want to blow it.

I'm thinking small reef with alot of fish. I have the lighting to do anything, but I'm not sure if I want to go SPS heavy in this one. It kind of needs to be fairly low maintenance. I'll be setting up the Tunze top off system this week. We work 4 days a week and I live 45 miles away. All weekend I was worrying about the sump running low and burning out the pumps. All was good this morning, but I don't want to worry every weekend.

looks like its going to be a sweet tank.
i know the LFS you are talking about. used to go there when i lived in tampa, had to give the owner a complete rundown on my tank specs (good thing i knew them) to pick up a super sick bali green slimer acro. there stuff (esp the coral selection) is pretty top notch.
good luck with the new tank.

Thought I would post up some new pics. Added some stuff underneath like a phosban reactor, tunze auto top off, heater, and some critters.

As you can see, I'm having a hair algae problem. But I have found the source and that nastiness will be gone in a couple weeks.
