No. Ill eventualy decide but Im leaning towards Black and White Percula.
These are just fishes I that look promising to me.
I cant decide between the two though.

haha .. I wouldn't ask me that if I were you .. just becuase I have 1 Black and white percula and 3 true perculas in my 210 gallon reef .. but that's only becuase they have plenty of room to roam and each have their own territories and I have 3 anemones in the tank

Can I just reread 200pages worth of a book i already got?
Anyways after doing research,
Here is my fish list:
Black and White Percula Clown
Yellow Tang
Purple Tang
Naso Tang
Emporer Angel(Juvinille)
Yellow Wrasse
Neon Gobies
Still wondering if a juvinille emporer is reef safe
Invertabrates are Fire Shrimp and Fighting Conch
Ill ask for that book for Christmas though

Sure...
The problem is you keep trying to formulate fish lists without properly researching your fish. This is a bad situation.
The current list you are looking at is bad because you've got three Tangs. You can't plan on mixing Tangs of the same body type.

I disagree .. I have 3 yellow tangs, a purple tang, and an extremely large naso surgeon all in my 210 gallon reef and they do fine .. as long as you give the fish the right environment with enough space they should be fine .. and also .. i don't think you should be telling himn he's not doing research when that's what he's doing right now .. that's why he's on the site

and as far as the Emperor Angel being reef safe .. they will nip at most soft corals like Xenias and Zoanthids and most Large Polyp hard coral but they can be kept with more noxious soft corals and SPS Corals ... also .. as far as the book mentioned earlier I own the book and it's an excellent reference definetly recomend buying it

But if you do mix tangs of the same body shape you have to do it in odd numbers and all at the same time if possible. That much bio load going in all at once;
1. tank needs to be well seasoned 8-12 months
2. needs alot of rock work so they can graze all day
3. plenty of hiding spots.
These are my opinions and will work for some but not all people. I love tangs and am doing well with mine but I have stayed away from the ones that get sick easy as discussed previously. Pics. show what I have and the layout of my tank. Barry

there are always exceptions.. but on a whole the "experts" will say not to mix Tangs. Tank size of course helps immensley.
I wasn't telling him not to ask questions, I'm glad he's doing that. What I was telling him to do was build a "fish wish list" based on what he can read. How many fish are available in this hobby? How many possible combinations of fish are there? He could build fish lists literally forever.
A good book would make his life easier. That's what I was saying..

Due to the size of the tank I'll only get two for a while and then possibly get a naso.
Im going to try to teach the angel not to eat corals. If he does well then thats awsome, If it does then Ill be able to tell someone else not to put an angel in a tank with corals.
Ill check out that book also. Those were some nice pics of your guys tanks.
Thank for the help and keep sending in advice.

Now I'm thinking of doing a reef tank. What can I do with the 125 gallon?
Such as corals, fish, and also what sort of lights would be best? Just thinking of possibilities.

I agree with getting a good book and reading.......I strongly think your going to have issues with the mixing of the clowns......If the tank was "huge" "huge" you would be able to get away with it possibly, but not in that size of a tank...
I do disagree with the theory of not mixing Tangs of same body style.......I keep an Achilles, Powder Blue, Yellow, Purple, and Blond Male Naso all in the same tank without problems.....I don't even know if the rule of odd numbers really works, because I've tried and suggested that before and they always seem to go at it at the begininng till they figure the pecking order......
