I'm putting a 160 with 60 sump/fuge on a 2nd floor and I've been told not to worry about it. If I'm okay then you're fine!
Just make sure that you place it against a load bearing wall.

When you look at construction guide lines many of the homes today have to hold over 200+lb per sq ft for code. Things like waterbeds have a large foot print, for example the average water bed takes up 28 sq feet, given the load amount of lets say max 200 lbs a sq foot that is 5600 lbs. Now take a pool table, at 1500 lbs same foot print, but only 4 legs touch, but the weight is spread out over 1 sq foot at 375 lbs a sq foot. In theroy it should still hold due to the weight ratio over the total of 28 sq feet. Further I have a tank that in gross water is 2805 lbs, plus another 1000lbs in rock sand and tank and gear, all on a 14 sq ft foot print, this is 271 lbs per sq ft. In relation to the above I have no worries as to the weight.
