125 RR in Colorado for sale C/S

I live in Colorado Springs CO and am looking to get rid of my 125 Reef Ready. It has two black built in overflows in each corner (the curved overflows). The tank is only about 8 months old. You can tell by the stand, which is also included. The stand is oak and the tank has oak trime. Stand has 4 doors and of course it made for a Reef Ready Tank.
All Bulkheads are included
Sponge Pre-Filters are included
The tank just needs a good scrub down
Dimensions 72 long x 18 wide x 24 tall
I also have about 150 pounds of REALLY encursted live rock (Fiji) that I am trying to get 2 dollars a pound for.
Asking $525.00 for the tank, stand, bulkeads, etc OBO
