Thanks. This is what I used and the cost.
3/16 plexi glass 14.00
tube of aquarium safe silicone 9.00
4 small bottles of loctite gel super glue $12
bag of live sand $10
1 piece of 3/4 OD 5/8 ID clear hose $.060
1 piece of 90 degree barb fitting for the hose $1
1 piece of 3/4 90 degree elbow pvc $.050
1 piece of 3/4 cupler pvc $.050
1 piece of electrical pvc male and female end $1
and the pump I'm using is from the built in filtration. I took the back piece off were you put the media and carbon, and where the small power head is. I did this so there would be more room in the tank.
Do I did it all under $50.00

I'm working on the light part for the cheato. I've tilted the power compact and there is some light on it still not enough. I will figure something out. I like doing the DIY stuff. save a lot of money.
I just wanted more room for the nano cube.
