12g Nano how much sand?

I'm setting up a 12G Nano, and was wondering how many lbs of sand to get? Would a two inch sand bed be ok?

For a small tank like a 12g I wouldn't go over 2" IMO. Anything more would take up to much space.
Give us the dimensions and we can tell you about how many pounds it will take.

It's a JBJ 12 Gal Deluxe Nano Cube.
L 15.8" x W 13.8" x H 14.8"

About 20-25 pounds of sand for 2". That's a rough estimate but it'll get you close.

I have that same tank and we used around 15 lbs. We bought a 20 lb. bag, but did not use it all.
