12g nano questions

Can I have a pair of clowns in a 12g nano?
This question seems to be almost played out. But after a lot of research I get so many different answers. I don't know if there is one definite answer or just multiple opinions.
What I am looking for is experiences. Anyone out there with a pair of clowns in a 12g nano? I have no intentions of adding any other fish what so ever. I plan on doing weekly 2 gallon water changes also.
However, I do want to add a bubble anemone and coral. Thoughts?

I had a pair in my 10gal with LR for years They loved it swam everywhere and played without fear. They were False Percula's. Once they got to know me they would eat out of my hand. When it came time to clean the tank they never tried to bite me or chase me away.
