WOW...very nice, you have a lot of coraline....how do you feed the mandarin? Do you have a refugium?

I have only had him about a month and feeding him has been a challenge. When I bought him I was told he was farm raised and would eat mysis shrimp. Of course this was not the case. I bought some live tigger pods and he seems to be doing better. I need to figure out a more practical way to sustain him though. A refugium is probably in my future.

I was lucky....even though I have my mandarin in my 225G and I have LOADS of pds...mine decided it liked frozen foods.....LOL....I hope yours will eat something...it looks a little skinny, and I know buying pods daily or weekly can be expensive...maybe you should get a HOB refugium....something that can be set up and seeded rather quickly

I have been feeding my tanks with H20 Pro Variety mix...it really has a mixture of everything in it....I have a few tanks..LOL...so I buy the large 2 lb bags of it for large fish...and also the 2lb bags for small fish
you can get frozen mysis though, or saltwater multipack too...they are good foods
Is that all you have is the mandarin?

Yeah he is my only fish atm. I had a clown fish a while back but he some how managed to jump into the filter while I was at work! Crazy bugger!
