How does this work? I ordered a powder blue from this site, He died a week later, Imailed him back just like they said. I havent heard from them since. Trying to email is very hard. Is there anyone that has had this problem before.

I sent mine insured mail, and I got my replacement code (via e mail) the same day they received the fish.

Yea I sent all my fish back (over 300 worth) And i still have nothing to shpw for my 300.00. The trick is you have to buy another 79.00 worth of something before you get your replacement fish. This is how I ended up spending 300.00+ and still all the fish died. and if your replacement fish dies you are SOL. I snet my last fish back and no responce from phone calls or emails.

I thought Powder Blues aren't "covered" because they are so delicate and hard to keep. They can't garantee that they won't be DOA. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
