i have a 15 gallon high tank and would like to know how many small fish i can put into it. i am new to the marine fish area. so please help out with some basic setup and care.

In 15 gallons you probably shoudn't put more than 2 small fish. No bigger than a 2 to 3 inches. I would put some live sand and live rock in as well. You want enough live sand to have 2-3 inch sand bed, and start with 15lbs of rock to see how it works. Do not add the fish until your live rock has been in awhile. It will spike your ammonia levels.
