two thalassoma might be pushing it. you can do other wrasses, but choose different a different genus of wrasse

Agreed...Thalassoma get large and aggressive, esp. the banana wrasse. I think the toby would have trouble with even one Thalassoma sp. as they love to bully slower, more peaceful fish once they get some size on them. Additionally, I think the volitans would have a go at the toby and will try to swallow it. An adult P. volitans is basically an American football with fins that can swallow fish close to its own size.
You might consider getting one of the medium-bodied lions (P. mombassae, P. antennata,
or P. radiata
), which will give you a bit more latitude in terms of tankmate size, altho there's nothing quite like an adult volitans for sheer "presence".
The leaf fish just won't do with that mix of fish, and they're very hard to wean onto dead fare, if they wean at all. They're best kept in a peaceful tank with similar-sized tankmates.
The picasso trigger just isn't a good idea with a lionfish as non-planktonic triggers usually tend to nip off the fins (including the dorsal spines) of lions.
