150 Gallon FOWLS/LR only!

Yesterday we went to LFS and saw an AGA 150 Gallon (72X18X28) tank. This look so beautiful! My wife think it would look superub for fish-only as the height is 28 inches. For some reason I tend to agree with her.
Keep in mind that height is 28 inches tall.
I question what type of lightings (more likely PC at what watt per gallon) would you recommend for FOWLS/LR only? Also I am considering for a twin tube for regular blue-lights only as strip is include in the set up.
Keep in mind NO "REEF" (ie: live corals, polyps, and etc...) WOULD BE PROVIDE IN THIS TANK. But just Live rocks (around 100lbs range) and DSB (around 5 inches thick)
Thanks.

Mr. Angelfish,
I will be upgrading to a 150 w/ same dimensions within the next month. I am planning a FOWLR set up w/ a French Angel, False Perc, Royal Gramma, a shoal of Green Chromis, and possibly either a Kole or Chevron Tang, or a Longnose Butterfly. It only has NO lighting now, but I am looking into VHO rather than PC. HTH.

I would also agree that VHO would be better than PC..Especially in a tank that size.
Pc just doesn't make a really good looking blue...
Why not consider a couple(two or three)175 MH bulbs??? I have two 175 watt 10k MH bulbs over my 130 FOWLR/LS and love the look.I also have four regular flos...The look is killer, and the live rock is thriving!!!!!

Mr. Salty,
For some reason I think MH would be better choice for ecomonic reason and intensity.
Here is the question.... If I go for two MH on that tank and would it look funny? I mean the lighting balance.... I am dead serious considering for two MH retrofit including two NO blues. (4 or 5 ft retrofit kit as there is two centerbraces for that is somewhat a concern whether it blocks the light output to the tank?) Therefore 4ft retrofit kit may be better choice as it may will not be within the centerbrace area?
Thanks
