i have a 150 tall what would be some fish that would do well
A trio of anthias (bartletts, Dispar, etc) may be good fish for a tall tank. They like to swim a distance from the main rock/coral. Not the easiest fish (or the toughest), but gorgeous.

I'd be more worried about the porky to be honest with a lion. Great list, only concern with the list is the miniatus, being a bit too aggressive at times. Though every fish is different. And since you're going with a Harlequin Tusk, I would strongly encourage QT procedures. These guys seem every bit as suspectible and may be more so, than tangs to diseases.
