150 watt metal halides for SPS?

Hi, I have a glass aquarium which is 60" long by 24" tall by 18" deep and I was wondering if three 150 watt metal halides with two 60" vho actinics would be enough to grow sps? Thanks

Personally I would go for 250 watters for that height, but yes the 150s will do just fine.

My rule of thumb is if you think you may want to go bigger with something, definitely go bigger... you'll end up wishing you did if you don't. Yeah, I would go with the 250.

150 will be fine as long as you keep the SPS in the upper 3/4 of the tank

or you could go with two 250 and really good pendants and be straight
