I have 2 48" T5 fixtures over my 240 gallon (may be 250 gallons, but whose counting). Each fixture mounts 8 54 watt T5 bulbs. They came with 4 10,000k bulbs and 4 460nm actinics in each unit.
I am considering trading out 2 of the 10k's in each unit for 14k bulbs to improve the lighting quality, but I am still learning the whole lighting thing. Do I really need to change them, or is there a better configuration?
Any advice would be great!!
