Hey fellas I know that this is off topic but I return some dead fish to saltwaterfish.com, this is the second time I sent something back and I have not heard from the owners. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?notsure:

Well, I have never ordered fish from this website so I can be of no service to you but I just wanted to ask an off-topic question. Why are all the fish dying?

when I got them 2 was already DOA, and the other 2 was hanging for dear life. I did the whole accl. process and the others died within 2 days.

I have that problem too. The only fish I ever lost was a small powder blue from this site. It died shortly after acclimation. I sent it back, along with an email asking how to get a replacement. That was about a month ago and I haven't heard back. Maybe you just go ahead and order, pay for shipping, and they send you the replacement. You can only get a replacement once per fish though. If you find out the deal, please let me know. Any moderators can feel free to help us out also.

I get emails from them, about sales but they cannot contact me about my replacements, I think I will have to give my credit company a call, if I don't hear from them by Monday night.
