Right now Im going to run 3 250 watt halide and 4 110 watt vho

good choice. i will be running 4-72" VHO bulbs with 3-175w hailides. im going with strong VHO actinics and only running my halides for 4-5 hours a day. do to the fact i only have LPS and softies in the tank. so with this lighting i will achieve great growth.
however i would also recommend that you use the VHO's as actinics only. your lighting will make the tank look insane. i will watch this thread regularly.
