Your build looks fantastic. You may consider one minor adjustment. I think your overflow should be lower than the top glass. It may give you a place for the water to go if the teeth become blocked.

I did a water test for leaks, I went good but had some leaks around the bulk heads so I made a minor adjustment. I sued bigger washers and will do another water test on monday. Hopefully everything goes good.

Well the story I tell people about me getting into the hobby is quite funny. When I first started I had a 30 gallon bow front tank with only one fish, no skimmer, no light, as cheap and simple as I could go. About a month later I got bored and found a good deal on a 90 gallon but still didn’t think I wanted to go bigger yet, so I build a stand and put freshwater fish in it. At that time I had 4 tanks, 3 freshwater and one was saltwater. Well again I got bored so I turned the 90 into saltwater and sold the 30 bow. Again I wanted this to be a cheap hobby so only a few fish, simple lights, small skimmer, no corals. I was thinking I wanted to go with sharks and crazy aggressive fish with no corals. Well one of the fish that ate corals died and I figured out that the other fish that had potential to eat corals didn’t touch any of the mushrooms; I went and bought a CP and a couple small corals. I bought corals every week from that point on, but only frags. The most I would spend was 15 - 20 dollars on corals. Well by the third month in, I had a lot of corals and 8 fish. So about 2 months ago I upgraded to MH and started some SPS corals. In between that the three month upgrade I got a nice ASM skimmer and made a refuge. Now I’m building the 180...

So here is my current fish count:
Foxface
Niger Trigger
Green Bird Wrasse
Hackfish
Orange Sholder Tang
Naso Tang
Miniatus Grouper
Snowflak Eel
Volitian Loinfish
With new tank I will be adding 1 - 2 fish, the only one I am thinking of right now is the Desjardinii Sailfin....
GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS....

Today I performed another water test and went pretty good. I had one leak around one of the bulk heads but that should be a quick fix. Just ordered the sailfin tang... getting excited
