I have sent them emails, as well has had some legal people look over the rules of this site..I have not been provided with any reason so far as to why I was originally banned..There are plenty of ways that "admin" can contact me...

You did clean up your act.. I dont know why they are banning you again? If you get a speeding ticket once that dosent make you a bad person, the cops arnt going to sit and wait for the white chevy, they will look for other speeders.

Yes, but I dont think that would be a good Idea to just ban people.. It can cause bad reviews of the site if word got out that they banned people for no reason. The first time there was a reason the second none...

thanks Jovial, I feel that someone should not get banned twice, or when using a different user name..I don't know what you did to be banned ..but being banned should have tought you a lesson/reason to not do what you did again.....p.s. being banned should be thought twice when you have people with constructive critisims..
