1st Coral?

I've had my tank set up for a while now, and I would like to have something else it there. My lighting is a Eclipse Daylight and a Corallife Blue Actinic 7100K. I was wondering if I could add a mushroom coral. There is no possible way for me to add a protien skimmer, but I do weekly 10 % water changes.

Mushroom and or Xenia. The Xenia are nice to start with because you can notice the growth and they will tell you exactly how good your water is. Kind of an early warning system.

Mushrooms and polyps are good low-light, hardy corals. Unfortunately, you will find that when you wish to keep the more intense light-demanding corals, your Eclipse systems are going to put a major restriction on your lighting options. Just thought I would warn you ahead of time. HTH
