Well i just did my first test on my 15 gal show eclipse system with 20 pounds of LS and about 5 pounds of LR. The results are as follows:
AMMONIA = 0 PPM
NITRITE = 0 PPM
NITRATE = 10-20 PPM
HIGH RANGE PH = 8.2-8.4
Just wondering if i am ready to add fish now? Or what is my next step? Tank has been up for less then a week. Am i on the right track here?

what type of fish are you wanting to add?
it appears from those readings that your tank has cycled. but it will also go thru some smaller "mini" cycles in the near future.
i would strongly reccommend letting the tank be for at least another 2 to 3 weeks before adding livestock. in another week or 2, you will get a diatom bloom. when that happens, you should be good to go.

Do a 50% water change to lower nitrates which are high.
Add up to 2 small fish if desired.

Deffinately do a water change. I would go ahead and add fish. But make sure you get hardy fish for it. I have an eclipse 25 gal, and it was a hard aquarium to keep up compaired to an aquarium that I could add extra lighting, filtration, and SKIMMING too. But damsels, clowns, firefish, and some tough inverts did fine in there.
