1st time winter order from swf?

Hi!
I was just wondering if anyone has ordered corals during the winter from here and how did they do?
I am about to place an order but dont want to kill anything as i live in the chicagoland area and it gets pretty cold here.

I am in Ohio and I order all the time in the winter. The stuff is cold when it gets here (despite the heat packs) but it always does just fine.

If nobody is at home during the day, you might consider having it shipped to your place of business if possible.
All it takes for me is a six-pack every few months to our receiving manager and he even checks the bags for me every time I order.
It's better than it sitting outside all day!

I just got an order today. no problems. it is not an exceptionaly cold day here in pittsburgh though.

I just got an order about 10 days ago..it came just fine. Everything was in good shape except I did lose one of the fish

, but with their guarantee I'll get another. :joy: This was my 3rd order from SWF and I can honestly say I have yet to be disappointed. It's like opening a Christmas present! ***)
